Utilizing gentle, sustained pressure, stretching techniques, and elements of Swedish massage The serene atmosphere, complemented by gentle music and therapeutic essential oils, supports myofascial release and lymph drainage, helping to improve overall fluid movement.

While not intended for medical purposes, this massage is ideal for those feeling stagnant, stuck in their body, or sluggish in their lymphatic flow. I incorporate lighter Swedish massage strokes, Myofascial Release, and manual lymph drainage techniques—skills I’ve refined through extensive education and training in cupping. These methods stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness, and promote collagen production. To further support lymphatic health, I include the application of essential oils, and a perfectly curated playlist to enhance your relaxation.

At the end of the massage, I utilize Jin Shin Do acupressure energy balance techniques to help release tension, restore harmony, and leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply nourished.
