Fundamentals of Stretching

Beginner group stretching class where we will be discussing the importance of stretching as well as a guided walkthrough introducing the basics of Dynamic and Static stretches that can be incorporated into your daily routine. Our goals will be working towards achieving maximum range of motion, equalizing muscle imbalances, becoming more attuned with your body and breathing techniques. 

Class size is limited to 8 people. Cost will be collected via card, cash or venmo prior to class.
