Body Work

Here in our valley, we have an amazing lifestyle of outdoor fitness. We love to keep our bodies in shape so we can continue to do what we love and appreciate all that the Wenatchee area has to offer in golf, hiking, skiing, mountain bike trails, and more. We truly are lucky. One thing that should be considered to add to your active lifestyle is not only strength training but also muscle maintenance. When you add bodywork to your health routine you are not only getting the deep relaxation of body and mind but you are also conditioning your muscles. By increasing circulation to your body you are feeding your muscles and eliminating metabolic waste increasing relaxation and decreasing pain. Deep pressure/ deep tissue massage helps realign fiber by breaking up adhesion, lengthening muscles, and nourishing joints. When you are putting massage into your maintenance you are also looking at endurance and less risk of injuries keeping you stay in your active lifestyle. Cherises focus is maintenance with Deep tissue, Deep Pressure, guasha, IASTM with Graston technique and cupping. As a a past Athlete she also understands mind set (see below)


Mindset

We have many sports where we like to keep a competitive edge. We like a healthy mindset with focus and emotional intelligence to keep us calm. Some of the biggest athletes in golf, football, and extreme sports are looking for that extra level of emotional intelligence.
